Jessica started training with kettlebells under Dustin Rippetoe, RKC II in the summer of 2008. She received her HKC certification on December 5, 2009 under Jeff O’Connor and Dustin Rippetoe.
 
Movement, flexibility and strength have been a part of Jessica’s life through the various forms of dance she has participated in throughout her life.  Jessica joined a formal athletics program at Texas A&M University where she was a member of the Women’s Varsity Archery Team.  She is currently practicing belly dance in addition to her dedication to the kettlebells.
 
“No matter what sport, dance, or workout program you perform, movement, flexibility, and strength are at its core.  Even walking cannot be done without them.  RKC style kettlebells focuses on these things to enhance your health.  I can only imagine how much better I would have been at dance and archery, had I known about and been practicing kettlebells back then.”
